company. Our loan officers have a specialty
service or group of services that they know
inside and out. We modify programs to fit
the borrowers needs, not the loan officers.
If a loan officer is speaking with a client
and determines that his or her service is
not in the best interest of the borrower, he
or she will refer the client to a new
service that will be able to assist the
borrower. This process not only eradicates
customer frustration, but also ensures a
timely and cost effective transaction. |
